ENvironmental philosophy - GREEN SQUARE
Green Square

Leading project which initiates and symbolises our environmental approach for sustainable city.

The Project in the City
Located in Brussels, at the meeting point of several main access roads to the capital, the buildings enjoy a high visibility level and stand as an urban landmark.

On the site of old listed ice-works, 'GREEN SQUARE' develops a mixed use project that reorganises a whole district, integrating serviced residences with quality services, accommodation,  a retirement home, a fitness centre and local shops.

In the heart of the district, a new private road will be built and a park laid out for the enjoyment of all residents.

The architectural language allegorically refers to nature, using its smooth curves and evocative shades of colours.

A Sustainable City: 'GREEN SQUARE' imposes the legacy of urban density.
Through its mixed use development, Green Square supports the concept of sustainable city.

The new architecture originated by our approach of high environmental value is expressed through urban expressive language, impressive and convivial, innovative in its use of materials and forms inspired from nature.

The buildings involve ecological materials and techniques that offer high performance levels in all fields: thermic, acoustic and visual comfort; energy and water management.

Specific attention has been paid to the global conception of greenery: green façades,  a private interior garden, green roofs and much vegetation around the buildings.
